Encore is an industry-leading, full-service fire protection company serving the Northeast with offices from Maine to New Jersey and over 1400 employees. We are searching for a dynamic IT Specialist to support our rapidly growing business. The role will be based in our Pawtucket, Rhode Island headquarters.


This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role that will directly contribute to the continuous growth of the largest full-service fire protection company in the Northeast. This role will be challenging but extremely rewarding.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Administer and support Office 365 suite configurations and policies
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft Cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms
  • Assist and support all designs, upgrades, and implementations of routers. Switches and wireless access points
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to troubleshooting network/server/user connectivity issues and failures.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff, administrator, site personnel to provide technical assistant and support.
  • Help support technology onboarding and set-ups with both organic hires and mergers and acquisitions.


  • 3-5 years of experience in Network Engineering or IT related roles
  • Organizational and security administration experience.
  • Having knowledge of backup routines and back up management
  • Strong command of O365 directory
  • Ability to travel to other Encore offices.
