Encore is looking to add a Senior Accountant to join our Pawtucket, RI based Accounting Team! 

 

This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role that will directly contribute to the continuous growth of the largest full-service fire protection company in the Northeast. This role will be challenging but extremely rewarding

  • An aptitude to tackle a wide variety of intricate and complex accounting duties and projects
  • Savviness with Excel with a proven ability to adopt, and curiosity around, new technology solutions
  • Self-motivated, reliable individual that with a history as a successful team member

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting concentration preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting department with experience reconciling balance sheet accounts and analyzing income statement activity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience navigating interactions across an organization.
  • Advanced excel skills, with Power BI experience a plus.
  • Prior experience with accounting for purchase price allocation resulting from M&A transactions, a plus.
