Due to our continued growth, Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to join our Operations team in Middletown, Connecticut.

As a company driven by facts and data, our Data Integrity Services (DIS) team plays a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly. As a Data Integrity Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our service operations, collaborating with departments like Operations, Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and IT. You’ll receive hands-on training in the systems that power our success, with plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and career.

 

In this role, you'll use your attention to detail and organizational skills to:

  • Administer, maintain, audit, and manage incoming data to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards
  • Identify discrepancies in contracted work, invoicing errors, and timecards
  • Create, optimize, and monitor reports that track performance across service lines and divisions
  • Participate in or manage small- to medium-sized projects, working with colleagues at various levels
  • Implement new processes and support different departments as a subject matter expert

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed: We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their career, with 1-3 years of office experience and the skills to dive into data management. Our requirements are simple:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office setting, ideally in data management or operations support
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify trends, suggest new metrics, and offer valuable insights
  • Initiative to dig into the data when things don’t add up
  • Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure when needed
