Who You Are:

You are a hands-on leader with a strong background in fabrication. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing teams to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities enable you to quickly address production challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements. You are proactive, adaptable, and able to balance the needs of the team with company goals. Your strong communication and leadership skills allow you to motivate and mentor your team, ensuring that each member contributes to the overall success of the operation.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities to meet production targets.
  • Ensure product quality through regular inspections and adherence to standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the fabrication team, providing training as needed.
  • Promote and enforce safety regulations, conducting regular safety meetings.
  • Manage inventory and materials to optimize usage and minimize waste.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning through scheduled maintenance.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of production activities.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
  • Education: Technical or vocational training in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and equipment operation.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills to address production and quality issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
