Here's what you'll be doing:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing fire sprinkler installation projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Gain hands-on experience managing teams, coordinating field operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Support senior management in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing project needs, and resolving challenges proactively.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and technicians to promote efficient workflows, effective communication, and high-quality workmanship.
- Analyze project budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal codes, as well as company safety and quality standards, during all phases of fire sprinkler system projects.
- Rotate through various departments, including design, estimating, project management, and field operations, to develop a well-rounded understanding of the business.
- Contribute to long-term planning initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement within the division.
- Work closely with senior leaders to learn best practices, receive ongoing feedback, and prepare for future leadership roles.
Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant management experience (preferred).
- The ability to demonstrate leadership capabilities, such as taking initiative, motivating others, and making decisions, even if on a small scale.
- Display both verbal and written communication to effectively manage teams and interact with other departments and clients.
- Experience with software such as Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs (preferred).
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced training environment.
- Willingness to try, learn new things, admit mistakes, adapt and change.
- Motivated and eager to advance in a leadership position.
