As we continue to expand, we're thrilled to add a Service Coordinator to our Operations team in our Holyoke, MA office. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, coordinating schedules for our service teams, maximizing productivity, and delivering outstanding customer service. With a clear path for advancement, this role could open doors to a rewarding career in Project Management, Operations Management, Analysis, or Sales.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the service schedule for your designated region, overseeing up to 10 technicians.
  • Optimize daily productivity by scheduling work based on technicians' skills and route efficiency.
  • Ensure technicians adhere to time and attendance policies and meet service schedules.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Apply strong customer service skills to effectively manage client interactions and resolve issues.

 

What You'll Need to Do It:

  • College degree or 2+ years of experience in customer service, project management, coordination, or facility services preferred.
  • An interest in learning new technology is essential. We use ServiceTrade, an industry-specific program—training provided, but success in this role thrives on your initiative and commitment to learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
  • A customer-focused, professional approach to every interaction and task.
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts geography is a plus, but not required.
