Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations to lead our new office in Norwalk, CT. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for optimizing our service operations while building a strong, empowered team that delivers with excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Operational Leadership
• Own and drive operational strategies that keep our business running efficiently and effectively
• Continuously improve workflows to boost productivity and enhance service quality

• Lead and support a talented team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to service delivery, financial health, and safety
• Make data-informed decisions and proactively solve problems

• Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and operational roadmaps
• Align resources and budgets with business priorities

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of operations leadership experience (fire protection or another field service industry is a huge plus)
• A collaborative, team-first leadership style that drives results
• Strong analytical chops with a data-first approach to problem-solving
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and service industry best practices
