Encore’s continued success and growth has created a need for a Warehouse Technician working in our Baltimore, MD warehouse.

 

Our Warehouse Technicians are responsible for the efficient handling of goods within our warehouse. 

 

Duties include:

  • Receiving and Processing Stock - unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items in the appropriate locations.
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory, conducting regular stock counts
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders
  • Inspecting products for defects or damages and ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following company safety and hygiene
    regulations.
  • Operate forklift as needed

Other Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • A “can do” attitude
