As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you will take charge of the payables process from start to finish. From managing invoices to processing payments and maintaining strong vendor relationships, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collating invoices from daily mail
  • Ensuring bills are properly allocated to corresponding jobs or projects
  • Verifying the accuracy of bills against purchase orders
  • Entering invoices for payment
  • Communicating with senior accounting and finance teams regarding outstanding account balances and making payment recommendations
  • Executing daily/weekly check runs

What You’ll Need to Do It:

  • Must have a strong affinity for numbers and detail-oriented work
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional accounting role with payables responsibility
  • Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • College degree preferred but not required
