As we continue to grow in this territory, we have found ourselves in need of an experienced Backflow Certified Inspector to service our Long Island area!
Here is some of what you can expect:
Conduct routine inspections and tests of backflow prevention systems
Identify and resolve issues related to backflow devices, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and repairs, including documentation for regulatory authorities
Test and troubleshoot backflow prevention devices to ensure they are working properly
Assist with the installation and maintenance of backflow prevention devices as needed
Respond promptly to emergency calls for backflow issues and perform necessary repairs or troubleshooting

Backflow Prevention Certification
Knowledge of backflow prevention devices, testing equipment, and industry standards
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, local and national codes, and safety regulations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients in an understandable way
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr, commensurate with experience
