Our rapid growth has created an immediate need for a full-time Warehouse Technician to join our Holyoke, MA team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager, assisting with a variety of tasks to keep warehouse operations running efficiently. It will include managing inventory, picking materials for jobs, handling deliveries, and supporting job site clean-outs. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the company.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Count and verify physical product received, ensuring it matches packing lists.
  • Inspect freight for damage and note any discrepancies on delivery forms.
  • Pick and stage orders required for multiple job sites across New England.
  • Coordinate logistics for all departing and arriving shipments.
  • Manage inventory using various software tools.
  • Perform general maintenance throughout the warehouse and grounds.
  • Assist with all other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

At Encore, a "can-do" attitude is essential, but here are a few other things that will help you thrive in this role:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
  • General working knowledge of computers, including email, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to learn new technology as required.
  • Familiarity with hand tools is a plus.
