With over 30 years of experience, we’ve built a proven model that combines technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and clear, straightforward operations. Our customer-first approach drives everything we do, which is why we’re looking for someone with a strong social orientation and a genuine desire to serve people.

As part of our mission to be the best fire protection company in the industry, we’ve recently joined forces with East Coast Fire & Ventilation, based in West Wareham, Massachusetts. This partnership not only allows us to expand our reach and tap into top talent in the area but also brings us together with industry leaders who share our commitment to excellence.

With our continued growth, we are now looking to add a Sprinkler Service Manager to our West Wareham, MA operation. Our Service Managers are the go-to experts for their product lines, offering critical support and guidance to both field technicians and office staff. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, resolving technical issues, and driving exceptional service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the knowledge hub for our technicians, providing expert guidance to navigate complex service calls.
  • Collaborate with our Deficiency Sales Team, offering strategic product suggestions to ensure accurate system repair quotes and remediation steps.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, taking ownership of resolving service-related issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them grow their technical and industry expertise.
  • Proactively engage in initiatives to retain customers, increase revenue, and improve departmental profitability.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Director to set and achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Conduct on-site visits to ensure project timeliness and effectiveness.

What You’ll Need: While experience is essential, we also value individuals who are results-driven and committed to getting things done.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations, sales, design, management, or a combination of these.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Deep technical knowledge of fire protection systems, including alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems, and relevant safety codes and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills for building relationships with clients and resolving their service issues efficiently.
  • Proven project management experience, handling scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Experience in training and mentoring technicians to elevate their skills and ensure high-quality service.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic industry with evolving technologies and regulations.

What We Offer: At Encore, we’re committed to building a culture of success where everyone can feel the impact of their work. In this role, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary based on experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
  • A results-driven mindset that prioritizes working smarter, not harder.
  • A flexible dress code—jeans most days, suits when necessary, plus Encore gear for all new team members.
  • A supportive work environment with snacks, coffee, and a culture that encourages collaboration and idea-sharing.
  • Access to advanced web-based productivity tools.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development.
  • Participation in a Fidelity 401(K) plan with employer match, medical, dental, and vision benefits through Blue Cross, and a company-paid life insurance policy of $50,000.
