This continued success has created a need for an Electrician to work out of our Baltimore, MD territory.

 

Here's a glimpse of some of the responsibilities if you are interested in joining our team:

 

  • Lead and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Perform electrical inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions to resolve electrical problems.
  • Supervise and mentor junior electricians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including electrical schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and project managers to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring quality standards and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) working as a journeyman or master electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Experience in managing electrical projects and supervising a team of electricians.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in the use of electrical tools, testing equipment, and safety gear.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions (indoors, outdoors, heights, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
