As part of Encore's mission to be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen, we are looking for a Fire Sprinkler Journeyman to work out of our West Wareham, MA location.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Ability to install and repair basic and complex fire sprinkler systems with limited or no supervision.
  • Coordinate with contractors, customers, building maintenance personnel, and office personnel to execute daily workload
  • Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, pipe supports or related hydraulic systems that are either steel or plastic
  • Read blueprints and shop drawings 
  • Identify code issues and non-conformance issues 
  • Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
  • Maintain OSHA safety standards while performing work duties 

 

What You'll Need:

  • Massachusetts or Rhode Island Sprinkler Journeyman License
  • Individual must possess a valid Driver's license and have a clean driving record
  • Extensive knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25
  • Customer Service centric and proficient with technology and other mobile devices
  • NICET certificates preferred but not required 
  • Ability and willingness to drive and work in Boston Metro area. 
  • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
