Overview

Encore Fire Protection stands at the forefront of the industry as a comprehensive full-service fire protection business serving the Northeast region spanning from Maine to Pennsylvania. With a vast customer base exceeding 30,000 and a dedicated workforce of over 2,000 team members.

As part of Encore's mission to be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen, we have joined forces with Kistler O'Brien (KOB) Fire Protection based out of Pennsylvania. This partnership not only allows us to expand our footprint and find top talent in the PA area, it also allows us to work with industry leaders who strive for same level of excellence as we do.

At Encore, our mission is more than a statement; it’s a commitment to delivering an unmatched experience to those who entrusted us with their safety and property. Through innovative solutions in fire suppression, sprinkler systems, and alarm, we strive to ensure the utmost protection to our customers.

But that’s just the beginning because what really sets Encore apart is simple. It’s our people. This isn’t just a slogan or something we slapped on a t-shirt (well we did that too). It’s a fundamental belief. We understand that exceptional people drive exceptional companies.

As our newest Sales Manager, understanding the role people play in propelling our business forward shapes our sales strategy. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of our fire protection services. Prospective customers need to know that behind every service, small or large, stands a team of individuals who are equally as passionate at keeping millions of people safe as they are at making the customer service experience seamless.
