Overview

Encore Fire Protection stands at the forefront of the industry as a comprehensive full-service fire protection business serving the Northeast region spanning from Maine to Pennsylvania. With a vast customer base exceeding 30,000 and a dedicated workforce of over 2,000 team members.

As part of Encore's mission to be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen, we have joined forces with Kistler O'Brien (KOB) Fire Protection based out of Pennsylvania. This partnership not only allows us to expand our footprint and find top talent in the PA area, it also allows us to work with industry leaders who strive for same level of excellence as we do.

At Encore, our mission is more than a statement; it’s a commitment to delivering an unmatched experience to those who entrusted us with their safety and property. Through innovative solutions in fire suppression, sprinkler systems, and alarm, we strive to ensure the utmost protection to our customers.

But that’s just the beginning because what really sets Encore apart is simple. It’s our people. This isn’t just a slogan or something we slapped on a t-shirt (well we did that too). It’s a fundamental belief. We understand that exceptional people drive exceptional companies.

Job Overview:

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building customer relationships and closing service contracts? This sales role is ideal for someone who understands the value of new business and recurring service, knows how to build trust with clients, and wants to grow with an industry leader in fire protection and life safety systems.

While technical experience with fire alarm systems is helpful, here’s what it takes to succeed in this role:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Ability to obtain NICET Level I certification in Fire Alarm

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

What we offer:

As a company, Encore is hyper-focused on developing a culture that thrives on success and is energized by the fact that we get to make peoples' lives better and safer each day. One of the ways we do this is by generously rewarding all those who contribute to our continued growth. But we also believe that not all rewards are monetary. Here are just a few perks that a successful individual in this role can expect:

  • Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role
  • Purpose and results-driven work environment (work smarter, not harder)
  • We dress for the objective which means most days we wear jeans but occasionally we wear suits. As long as you know which situations require which (or aren't afraid to ask), you'll be all set!
  • Speaking of attire, we offer all employees Encore gear when they join the team
  • Freedom to express ideas - a culture of willingness to test, try, modify, adopt, enhance, improve and CHANGE as needed
  • Access to leading edge web-based productivity tools
  • Participation in Fidelity 401(K) that includes employer match
