Are you passionate about Accounts Receivable and love helping others succeed? We're on the lookout for a Training Coordinator to join our dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) team based out of our Pawtucket, RI headquarters. This role is all about empowering our current team of AR specialists to shine and making sure our team is top-notch. You'll be the go-to person for training and development, helping us keep our AR operations running smoothly while fostering a supportive and energetic environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assessing the training needs of new and existing employees 
  • Conducting orientation programs and arranging on -the-job training for new hires
  • Coordinating and communicating training opportunities to employees
  • Evaluating and reporting the effectiveness of training programs to management
  • Identifying future training opportunities and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training
  • Communicating with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are met

 

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A solid background in Accounts Receivable with experience in training or mentoring roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively share knowledge and engage with the team.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and proactive approach to addressing training needs and overcoming challenges.
  • Comfortable using various software and tools to create and deliver training content.
