We’re looking for someone to step into the role of Electrical Inside Sales, where you’ll play a key part in helping our customers stay safe and code-compliant by quoting and selling fire alarm system repairs and service contracts. This is a dynamic role that combines technical review, internal collaboration, and customer communication—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves both people and process.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver clear, accurate proposals and help resolve fire alarm deficiencies. You’ll be paired with an outside sales executive and serve as a key point of contact for quoting, documentation, and customer follow-up. In this role, you will:
About 70% of your time will be spent in the office managing these responsibilities. The other 30% will be spent out in the field—meeting customers face to face, building relationships, and surveying life safety systems to ensure your quotes and recommendations are accurate and impactful.
