As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an Executive Assistant to our Sales leadership team. This role is all about helping our senior Sales leaders stay focused on leading people and driving growth. You’ll be the one keeping calendars straight, lining up travel, prepping for meetings, and jumping in on projects so that nothing slows the team down.
This isn’t a desk-only role—you’ll need to be flexible, mobile, and ready to go where the action is. Most weeks you’ll be based out of our Needham, MA office, but you’ll also travel with Sales leadership to our partner sites along the East Coast (mostly day trips). Think of yourself as the ultimate right-hand partner: organized, resourceful, and always one step ahead. What You’ll Do
Keep Sales leaders’ calendars aligned, priorities clear, and meetings moving
Coordinate travel arrangements, from flights and hotels to full itineraries
Be present and available where needed—office, customer site, or on the road
Prep materials, decks, and logistics for internal and external meetings
Maintain smooth communication between Sales leadership, internal teams, and external contacts
Track and follow up on action items and sales initiatives
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Jump into special projects that support the Sales function and overall business goals
What You Bring
3+ years supporting senior leaders (sales/operations environment a plus)
Ability to pivot quickly, juggle shifting priorities, and stay calm under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Proactive, “three steps ahead” mindset
Willingness and ability to travel and flex your schedule as needed
Comfortable using tools like Outlook, Google Workspace, Zoom, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office
