What We Offer:

At Encore, we are hyper-focused on developing a culture that thrives on success and is energized by the fact that we get to make people’s lives better and safer each day. One of the ways we do this is by generously rewarding all those who contribute to our continued growth – but we also believe that not all rewards are monetary.

Here are just a few of the perks that a successful individual in this position can expect:

  • Competitive salary based on experience with opportunities for a results-driven bonus.
  • A work culture focused on purpose and results—work smarter, not harder.
  • We believe in dressing for the occasion. Jeans are our go-to most days, but occasionally we wear suits – as long as you know which situations require which (or aren’t afraid to ask), you'll be good to go!
  • Speaking of attire – we provide all employees with Encore gear when they join the team!
  • Freedom to express and implement new ideas. We embrace change and will support you in testing, enhancing, and improving processes to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
