Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join our dynamic IT team and contribute to the

maintenance and optimization of our network infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Network Security Enhancement/Collaboration: Collaborate with IT/Security Team/MSP to identify and remediate network vulnerabilities, contributing to a more secure infrastructure.
  • Technical Support: Provide support across a variety of network and infrastructure technologies including (but not limited to) Fortinet Switches/APs, Fortinet Firewalls, and various other networking equipment.
  • Cross-functional IT Resource: Serve as a cross-functional IT resource, troubleshooting and optimizing performance of voice and data networks.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience collaborating with security teams to address network vulnerabilities.
  • Proficiency in supporting full suite of Fortinet equipment. Switches, APs, Firewalls, etc. (Physical hardware and cloud-based administration portal)
  • Experience working with MSP to divide and delegate tasks and priorities effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance across voice and data networks.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on designing and delivering technical implementation plans for client projects.
  • Experience working closely with customers and internal teams to establish timelines, define expectations, and ensure project alignment from kickoff through completion.
  • Ability to travel nationwide for network cutovers, leading multi-team efforts involving structured cabling, electrical replacements, and development of new network technologies.
  • Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Fortinet networking equipment and cloud platform modules.
  • Strong leadership, technical expertise, and clear communication skills to ensure smooth implementations with minimal downtime.
