What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our sales operations, handling urgent quote follow-ups and ensuring our customers receive detailed and timely information about their repair quotes. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and the solutions they need, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business.

Your Path to Success will be measured in these following ways:

 

  • Quote Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up on quotes provided to customers to ensure timely responses and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Customer Communication: Provide detailed information (working with in-house subject matter experts) to customers regarding their repair quotes, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on the status of their quotes and repairs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and repair teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues related to quotes or customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the quote follow-up process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency 

 

Salary:

Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary ranges between $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
