As part of our mission to be the best fire protection company in the industry, we’ve recently joined forces with Fire & Safety Commodities, based in LaPlace, Louisiana. This partnership not only allows us to expand our reach and tap into top talent in the area but also brings us together with industry leaders who share our commitment to excellence.
With our continued growth, we’re looking to add a Fire Alarm Service Manager to our LaPlace operation. Our Service Managers are the go-to experts for their product lines, offering critical support and guidance to both field technicians and office staff. In this role, you’ll oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide day-to-day operations, troubleshoot technical challenges, and help drive the success of our service team.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a service-based industry (e.g., fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, or facilities management)
Fire protection industry experience is strongly preferred
NICET Level III Certification in Fire Protection is required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams while promoting a culture of excellence and safety
Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and implement effective, timely solutions
Strong communication skills for building client relationships and efficiently resolving service issues
Proven project management experience, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced industry with evolving technologies and regulations
