This partnership not only allows us to expand our footprint and find top talent in the Baltimore area, it also allows us to work with industry leaders who strive for the same level of excellence as we do. This continued success has created a need for an Electrician to work out of our Baltimore, MD territory.

 

Here's a glimpse of some of the responsibilities you will be doing day to day:

 

  • Lead and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm and electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Perform electrical inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions to resolve electrical problems.
  • Supervise and mentor junior electricians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) working as a journeyman or master electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in the use of electrical tools, testing equipment, and safety gear.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions (indoors, outdoors, heights, etc.).

 

Hourly pay commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary range between $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.
