What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or operations leadership, with at least 2 years in a people management role. Proven ability to build, scale, and manage training programs in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills; ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
