As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Shop Driver to join our Keene, NH team. This role is more than just driving—you’ll be a key part of ensuring smooth shop operations and supporting logistics for job sites across New Hampshire.

What You’ll Do:
As a Shop Driver, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our fire protection projects running smoothly by ensuring materials and equipment get where they need to go—safely, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Load, unload, and inspect deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Verify incoming materials and equipment against packing lists and report any discrepancies.

• Organize, stage, and prepare orders for multiple fire protection job sites.

• Deliver and pick up tools, materials, and equipment to and from project locations across the region.

• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with shop organization and upkeep.

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• Support warehouse operations, fabrication, and logistics tasks as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

At Encore, a "can-do" attitude is non-negotiable, but here are a few other things you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license and DOT medical card. 
• 1-2 years of shop/warehouse experience and the ability to use a forklift and pallet jack. 
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and basic knowledge of hand tools a plus.
• Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
