Our success throughout the Northeast has created an opportunity for a Fire Suppression Apprentice to join our team in Middletown, CT.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, and recharge kitchen and industrial fire suppression systems, as well as fire extinguishers.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and service fire suppression systems in commercial buildings throughout Connecticut.
• Represent Encore in a professional and positive manner while interacting with customers.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements: 

• Ability to work at heights and lift at least 50 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Connecticut.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Interest in the construction industry; experience with reading blueprints, using hand tools, or operating machinery is a plus.
• While prior experience is a plus, we’re open to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
