Our goal is to deliver a unique experience to those who depend on us to make their lives safer and easier. We are passionate about growing with purpose, driving real innovation, and creating a winning culture built on teamwork, success, and an unwavering commitment to safety.

Our mission? To be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen.

The Opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Warehouse Driver to join our team. This is a role with both warehouse and driving responsibilities, supporting material movement and job site logistics across New England.

You’ll primarily transport materials from our warehouse to job sites using box trucks, with occasional pickups as needed. Driving is very much “as-needed” based on project demands—for example, supporting material drop-offs for kickoff projects. When you’re not on the road, you’ll work hands-on in the warehouse receiving deliveries, unloading orders, organizing inventory, and staging materials so our crews have what they need to stay productive and safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive box trucks to deliver materials from the warehouse to job sites across the region; complete pickups as needed based on project demands.
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups efficiently to support field schedules and kickoff project needs.
  • Unload and inspect deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Verify incoming products against packing lists and report discrepancies.
  • Organize, label, and maintain inventory to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
  • Stage and prepare materials for multiple job sites to support timely installs and service work.
  • Use inventory and warehouse software tools to track materials and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles as needed to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs; basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail when receiving, staging, and tracking materials.
  • Comfort using computers and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • A team-first mindset and safety-focused approach on every delivery and in the warehouse.

What Will Make You Stand Out?

  • Previous experience supporting construction operations, preferably within fire protection (sprinkler, alarm, suppression), mechanical trades, or related industries.
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience (you’ll be loading/unloading deliveries and receiving orders).

Beyond the Paycheck

At Encore, we’re all about creating a culture where success is celebrated. We recognize that our work makes people’s lives safer, and we reward those who contribute to our growth. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Competitive Pay: Hourly Rate based on experience with a performance-based bonus opportunity.
  • Purpose-Driven Work Environment: We believe in working smarter, not harder. You’ll be part of a culture that values results, and we empower our team to focus on impactful work.
  • Flexible Dress Code: Upon joining, you’ll receive branded Encore swag, and we believe in dressing for the objective, not the occasion. Most days, you can enjoy a casual work environment, but we’ll dress up when the situation calls for it.
  • People-Focused Culture: We know our greatest strength is our people. That’s why we’ve built a culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and improving together. You’ll have the space to share your ideas and help shape a company that is constantly growing.
  • Tools for Success: Access to leading-edge web-based productivity tools.
  • Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage through Blue Cross to keep you and your family healthy.

  • Life Insurance: Company-paid life insurance policy of $50,000 to give you peace of mind.

Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary range between $41,600-$62,000 per year.
