We are passionate about continuous growth, innovation, and maintaining a culture that thrives on success and commitment to safety. Our mission? To be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen.

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our fire suppression and service operations running smoothly. You will help maintain equipment, manage inventory, and make sure field teams have the materials they need to do their jobs safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a warehouse environment and is a strong fit for someone who likes physical work, staying organized, and supporting a team.

It also offers a path to grow into field technician or other operations roles within the fire protection industry.

Key Responsibilities

Most people only see the finished job or the truck pulling out of the lot. As a Warehouse Technician, you are the one behind the scenes making sure the right material is in the right place at the right time, so crews can keep working instead of waiting on parts. In this role, you will:

  • Service, repair, and maintain portable fire equipment and extinguishers under guidance from experienced team members.
  • Learn and assist with basic system testing and inspections as needed.
  • Look for equipment that is damaged, not working properly, or not meeting current requirements, and flag issues to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain and update inventory records using tools such as Excel or other digital systems.
  • Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery so field technicians have the right materials for each job.
  • Receive, verify, and properly stock incoming materials in the correct locations.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
  • Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and deliveries when needed.
  • Support daily warehouse operations and help with process improvements as you learn the role.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role
  • A positive, team first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed in the warehouse
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and follow safety procedures
  • Comfort using basic hand tools and common warehouse equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills when stocking, labeling, and pulling materials
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely, up to 50 pounds or more, and be on your feet most of the day
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email and update simple spreadsheets or inventory lists

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You have a high school diploma or GED, with technical or industry related experience preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
  • You have one to three years of experience in a warehouse, shop, mechanical, or service environment.
  • You have hands-on experience with portable fire extinguishers or other life safety equipment.
  • You are familiar with basic safety standards in a shop or warehouse setting.
  • You are comfortable using Excel or similar tools to track parts, materials, or inventory.
