We are seeking a Data Governance Manager to establish and lead Encore’s enterprise data governance program. Reporting to the CIO, this role is responsible for building and operating the standards, processes, and partnerships needed to ensure Encore’s data is trusted, secure, consistent, and ready to support operational excellence, analytics and AI.
This is a hands-on role focused on turning ambiguity into clarity and helping the business confidently answer, “Can we trust this data?”

Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary range between $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
