Who We Are

At Encore Fire Protection, we are proud to be the east coast's largest full-service fire protection company, serving over 90,000 customers from Maine to Louisiana. With a team of over 2,200 dedicated employees, we provide innovative, customized fire suppression, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm solutions that protect lives and properties every day.

Our goal is to deliver superior experience to those who trust us to safeguard what matters most. We are passionate about continuous growth, innovation, and maintaining a culture that thrives on success and commitment to safety. Our mission? To be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen.

The Opportunity

Revenue Operations is a newer muscle for Encore, and honestly, fire protection probably isn't the first industry you'd expect to find this kind of role in. But we're a PE-backed, high-growth company that's serious about bringing data-driven strategy and operational rigor to a field that's long been built on trust, service, and safety, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build something from the ground up.

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join a small but growing team and partner directly with our Installation business to help develop and execute the roadmap that scales it. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll take ownership of the initiatives that are shaping how the Installation business runs, including reporting infrastructure, deal scoring, performance measurement, and more. The problems aren't always clean and the answers aren't always obvious, but that's what makes it interesting.

If you're someone who's been waiting for a role where you can actually own something and help shape how it's built, this is it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Revenue Operations and Installation business leadership to build and execute a RevOps roadmap that supports sustainable growth.
  • Own core operational workstreams including deal scoring, territory planning, and performance measurement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and models that give sales and operational leaders clear, reliable visibility into pipeline health, revenue trends, and team performance.
  • Validate and combine data from multiple systems including CRM, ERP, and financial platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, then drive solutions from problem identification through to implementation.
  • Support compensation modeling and contribute to how incentive structures are refined over time, as one component of a broader operational scope.
  • Support the evaluation and optimization of tools and technologies across the revenue operations tech stack.
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations and communicate findings confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current on RevOps trends and best practices and bring fresh thinking to a function that is still taking shape.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, Consulting, or a closely related function.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and leading projects across multiple stakeholders, with a track record of driving initiatives to completion.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments effectively.
  • SQL or Python experience is a plus.

What Will Make You Stand Out?

  • You've been the person your team turns to when a project needs an owner, and you've thrived in that role.
  • You have a background in data, sales operations, financial operations, or consulting and enjoy working across functions to connect strategy with execution.
  • You're excited by the idea of joining a function that is still being built and having a real say in how it takes shape.
  • You are ready to contribute to strategy and not just support it, without needing direct reports to feel like you're making an impact.
  • You do well in fast-moving environments where the answer isn't always obvious and the path forward requires some figuring out.
