Encore is scaling fast. We are a high-growth, transaction-intensive organization moving toward $1B in annual revenue, and AIA billing is a critical part of how we get there. Right now, that function needs a leader who can take a highly manual, decentralized process and build something that actually scales.
This is a transformation role. The right person will assess what exists, identify what is broken, and design something better. You will partner with field operations, finance, and IT to standardize workflows, drive automation, and build a billing operation that can keep pace with our growth.
